At Klubtwenty4, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for items that are damaged or out of stock following purchase. 

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require proof of purchase.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

We Apologize about the inconvenience due to it being a Pre-order, orders that are placed when it’s considered a pre-order All Sales Are Final. 

My Pre-Order delivery date has moved out to another week. What’s going on?

Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side from the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays, and supply chain issues, release dates have varied constantly. We will update each item’s description, send out email alerts, and update our Pre-Order Update Page with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.

Out Of Stock Items:

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as sale items or purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Request  a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at designedbyjavinchi@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Processing:

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
